Farrell's Transformed Me In More Ways Than One

I originally joined Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping originally ito get back into shape but instead I immediately found that through the program, I gained so much more . I really  didn't have much weight to lose. For me, the transformation I was searching for was one  more of a mental transformation than a physical one.  Everyone should know that a transformation can be much more than  physical changes.

Farrell's  has helped me cope with anxiety and depression. I feel people need to know that any form of exercise is vital when coping with mental health. I found that the Farrell's positive environment and the fact that there is someone to lead me through an exercise routine daily,  was a perfect fit for me.

A few months ago I had to go up on the medication i was taking for my anxiety and depression after being weaned off most of what I had been taking.  As of today,  I am completely off all medication and I believe this is all from my experience with Farrell's. The physical transformation and changes have been nice though.Especially the strength I have gained.

I recently had to help a client who weighs 160 lbs off of the floor by myself. I am stronger  and this strength I have gained was made possible because of my Farrell's workouts!  I look forward to being a fit member as long as I can.
